Bizfinance plc was among the first Micro Financial institution to be reclassified as a second category micro-financial institution pursuant to Ministerial Arrete No. 0034/MIEFI of July 27th, 2001. AFTER ITS RECLASSIFICATION IN Cameroon, it registered an affiliate in the United States of America, for writ, Bizfinance plc in 2003 WITH Corporate Head Office in Clayton, N.C.
